On these pages you'll find the house rules that have been put in place for your safety as well as ours. We truly appreciate your cooperation!
Please note that adhering to these rules is a requirement of the terms and conditions of our rental agreement.
We reserve the right to evict any guests or visitors who refuse to follow these house rules. The violation of house rules may result in deductions from the security deposit or other penalties.
Check-in is at 1500
Check-out is at 1100
A £10 charge will be added to your booking for lost or stolen keys
Guests and visitors should use the free off street parking which is large enough for two cars. Further free parking is located in the Old Town and South Back Lane
No charging of electric vehicles is allowed
No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
The maximum property capacity is 4 people
A £25 charge will be added for every extra guest per night up to the maximum allowed of 4 guests
Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited
Close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises. Please ensure all downstairs windows are closed if you leave the property during the day, this is for security and safety
Please be considerate of our neighbours. Quiet time is from 2300 until 0800, Please refrain from making noise during these times
Our home is suitable for children and we can provide a travel cot upon request
Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times
Pets are not permitted in the house, if you are found to bring a pet with you will you be asked to leave the property and lose the fees paid for your stay
Smoking is not allowed inside the property, however you can smoke on the driveway or garden and please use the ashtrays provided, do not put cigarettes out on the ground as this could burn and destroy the artificial grass. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a deduction from the security deposit
No naked flames or candles are allowed
Please report any damages, breakages, or malfunctioning equipment immediately so that we can repair or replace them
Please refrain from moving furniture from one room to another to avoid any damages or breakages
The cost of any damages or breakages caused by negligence may be deducted from your security deposit
We request no shoes are worn on the carpets or sandy / muddy clothes to be worn upstairs. Also no shoes or sandy / muddy clothes on the sofas please
Please leave the house clean and tidy at the end of your stay
Close the windows and lock the doors when leaving the premises
Please return the keys to the keylock box and jumble up the code
